Our service package is $24.95 per month (first two months required in advance.) With this small monthly fee, you get complete computer support from A to Z:

1. Software Support. We offer support for many software applications running on any Windows operating system (Windows XP, Windows NT, Windows ME, etc...)

2. Hardware Support. We offer support for all of your hardware (printers, scanners, monitors, network hardware, etc...)

3. Backup Management We offer full backup management for your PC. Having your data backed up is an important step in computer maintenance. BayouPC will back up all your critical files in case of a computer malfunction (depended on your hard drive capacity.)

4. Upgrade support (installing new hardware or software applications.)

5. Unlimited access to ask us anything you wish at any time.

6. Remote support. This is the unique technology we use that allows us to remotely connect to your computer and address a wide range of software issues that you may encounter. This way we can address your support needs without needing to be at your physical location.

7. Initial and monthly computer tune-ups. This is like spring cleaning for your computer every month. This includes: registry maintenance, unnecessary file deletion, hard drive defragmentation, and spyware removal. This keeps your computer a lean, mean, digital machine.

8. Free house calls. The 'other guys' may charge you $45-$60 just to come out and look at your computer. If you are a BayouPC customer, you will never pay anything other than the monthly service fee (unless your computer requires the purchase of new hardware.)

9. Full-service disaster recovery. In many cases we can salvage data off damaged hard drives - even if the system is unbootable. We may also be able to restore deleted or damaged partitions to their original state.

10. Virus scanning/disinfection/prevention. We will install virus scanning software on your computer if you don't already have it - no charge. You will never again have to worry about being infected with a virus. We can also disinfect computer systems that have already been infected with a virus or trojan.

11. Security Auditing. We make sure you have the latest service packs and hotfixes to deter hackers from gaining access to your digital files. If necessary, we will change your default system settings to make your computer more secure, implement a software firewall, do monthly nmap/Nessus scanning on your computer to make sure there are no obvious remote service vulnerabilities. If a vulnerability is ever found, it will be addressed immediately.
